There’s something pretty special happening in Toronto on Sept 29th. @journeywmillie is launching their much anticipated female centric speaker series. THE GOAL…to inspire and support women in their journeys through an uplifting series of panel discussions, self discovery, and connection building. I’ll be there that day spilling all the tea on my personal journey as a 38 year old former athlete, turned Marketer, turned entrepreneur to new mama and all the crazy shit that’s happened to me in between. ⠀ ⠀ If you wanna open your minds (and hearts) to REAL convos with REAL women, tickets are avail for sale now and will go fast as space is limited. You can find more details on Millie Speaks: Your Authentic Life through the link in my bio or on #MilliePartner #girlmom #momlifeisthebestlife ⠀ 📷 @blondecoffeebean

Soaking in the last few warm sunny days before Fall officially arrives! We are heading down the south shore this weekend hoping to get some apple picking in. What are you guys up to this weekend? . PS… I get asked a lot how I manage to curl my hair so often with a newborn and a three year old to tend to… and honestly I try not to laugh because all you have to do is the following: – Forget to wash your hair for several days – Coat it with your favorite dry texturizing spray (I love @oribe) – Twist your hair into a high bun and wear said bun for days…like days! – And when you need to look semi presentable… untwist your hair, lightly brush it out, sweep it to one side and lightly twist and fluff… spray with more spray and top with a hat… BAM! You will instantly look like you leisurely took your time getting ready that day 😂🙈👌🏼#momhack
