I like to say that I stumbled into my career at The Influence Agency. I applied right after I graduated… to a role that had already been filled. However, one of the owners felt that my extracurricular experiences from school would be useful and they created a new role for me. That says a lot about the leadership team here. They always take the time to understand everyone’s strengths and how to utilize them. Because of that approach, I have never stopped learning here and the growth opportunities never end.

My internship here has been amazing. I've gotten to participate in many projects for various clients, in all different departments so I can get a well-rounded education. Everyone's been so easy to talk to and collaborate with. When people start their internships, they worry they'll be brushed off, given tasks that people just don't want to do, and not be helped along the way. They think they'll be viewed as "just an intern." This hasn't been the case at TIA. I'm grateful for the opportunities and to this team for taking us seriously and being supportive.
