The Challenge
Hydration Room provides nurse-administered IV and injection therapy to the state of California; the audience is vast and the competition is steep, so a customized approach to their paid media strategy was required to unlock real ROI.

Full-funnel approach
We approached this brand with a full-funnel strategy. First, we segmented the top of the funnel into the brand's 4 key personas, ensuring we were relating to the target audience with custom messaging and ad collateral. We then used remarketing to target engaged users who hadn't converted, and created lookalike audiences to expand reach, pushing them further down the funnel to the point of ultimate conversion.

The campaign was successful and remains so with The Influence Agency at the helm. Full-funnel strategy with ongoing monitoring, testing, learning, and optimizing has unlocked additional spend from the brand, and we maintain a strong ROAS despite scaling.
The brand has since expanded the number of clinic locations to 60+, and The Influence Agency continues to own and operate their paid media program, with clean processes in place and strong data to back it up.
