@myhealthydish Here is my recipe Copycat Din Tai Fung Garlic Green Beans I made for Thanksgiving. Ingredients: 2 pounds of green beans Half a bulb of garlic minced 1/2 cup neutral oil 1 tsp salt 1 tsp white pepper 1 tsp chicken or mushroom bullion Instructions: Trim ends of green beans. Rinse and dry them thoroughly to avoid oil splatter when cooking. Heat oil to 375F and cook green beans in small batches. About three batches. Flash fry for about 60-90 seconds. Remove green beans and place on a colander with a bowl underneath to catch excess oil. Remove most of oil and leave about 2 tbsps. Heat on low and add garlic. Cook until lightly golden brown and toss back in green beans. Season with salt, white pepper and mushroom bullion. #garlicgreenbeans #dintaifung #thanksgivingrecipes ♬ original sound - My Nguyen

She’s a food scientist, so while her recipes seem simple, they always hit the right spot.

@doobydobap

BULGOGI PHILLY CHEESESTEAK (or Seoully Cheesesteak!) 400g thinly sliced ribeye or chuck 1 whole onion, mandollined 1 leek top, thinly sliced 2 tbsp brown sugar 2.5 tbsp soy sauce 10 slices of American cheese 1 hard roll 1 tbsp neutral oil 2 tbsp butter Cook in a cast iron pan over medium high heat. Add the sliced beef in a single layer and don’t overcrowd the pan. Leave it alone so it develops caramelization. Once the bottom browns, add the mandolined onion and sliced leek on top. Sprinkle the brown sugar, then flip everything together. Deglaze with the soy sauce and let it cook until the liquid evaporates. Add cheese on top, cover with a lid, and let it melt for three minutes. Place a halved hard roll directly onto the cheese. Scoop the mixture into the roll. Add extra cheese if you want. Wrap the sandwich tightly in foil. Keep it warm in the oven for five minutes so the juices settle and the inside stays at temperature.

Abi Marquez | @abigailfmarquez

Abi Marquez is the undisputed “Lumpia Queen,” known for the crispiest, most crave-worthy Filipino food on TikTok. She serves a healthy slice of humor and culture with every post. And of course, she’s got a great singing voice too!

@abigailfmarquez Ina Garten’s Viral Brownie Pudding 🤤 a couple of notes: - this was much better served with milk vs. ice cream which turned out too sweet. - I used 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract. - make sure to cool it down before serving - measure your flour right because that’s wha’s gonna make it either cakey or luscious and velvety 😘 good luck!!!! #LumpiaQueen #InaGarten #AbiMarquez #fyp #foodtok ♬ Club Penguin Pizza Parlor - Cozy Penguin

Meredith Hayden | @wishbonekitchen

Meredith Hayden takes her role as your “kitchen bestie” very seriously, and we love her for it. Also, we personally believe her kitchen is to die for, if you’re in the market for interior design inspo!

Nisha Melvani MS, RD | @cookingforpeanuts

As a registered dietitian and nutritionist, Nisha knows how to build balanced, nutritious meals. But as a busy professional, she also understands how hard it can be to cook healthy food consistently. That’s why her recipes are loaded with aromatic spices and creative techniques that make plant-based meals feel satisfying, not restrictive.
