Bondi Sands is an Australian beauty brand renowned for its premium self-tanning, suncare, and skincare products inspired by the iconic Bondi Beach lifestyle. Their mission? Deliver salon-quality results that embody a natural, sun-kissed glow.

With a national retail launch in Canada on the horizon, they needed to reinforce their leadership in the self-tanning category while authentically connecting with a brand new audience.

The strategy

To support Bondi Sands' national retail launch in Canada, we developed and adapted social content through both organic and paid influencer campaigns to drive awareness and engagement, reinforcing the brand's leadership in the self-tanning category.

Our approach was three-pronged: authentic influencer storytelling, strategic paid amplification, and a show-stopping experiential moment that would generate buzz and deepen creator relationships with the brand.

Creative approach

Our creative strategy centered on authenticity and aspiration. We partnered with a bilingual mix of English and French creators in the lifestyle and beauty space to ensure the content resonated across Canada. The influencer content showcased real results and genuine product experiences, while our Four Seasons sleepover activation took things further with bespoke branding, custom in-room merch, and personalized Bondi Sands room service. Every detail was designed to inspire shareable moments that felt luxurious yet relatable, perfectly capturing the sun-kissed Bondi Beach lifestyle the brand is known for.
