Michael works with our legal and finance teams but still finds himself working closely with his favourite clients, Client Success Managers and operations team. This combination gives him a clear view of the business up close and at 30,000 ft.

    VP of Client Success

    Stephanie Palasti is a Managing Partner at The Influence Agency and the VP of Client Success. She has over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, starting her career at Rogers Media, where she focused on Integrated Programs that involved digital, television, and print, managing Food, Fashion, Mom, and Sports brands. Stephanie then shifted her focus to traditional digital marketing, focusing on social media management, paid search, SEO, and more! As more and more clients were becoming curious about Influencer Marketing, The Influence Agency was born. Now, Stephanie has developed a passion for developing influencer marketing programs with complimentary digital marketing services.

    VP of Operations

    Noah Parker is a Managing Partner and VP of Operations at The Influence Agency. Noah has been immersed in the world of marketing since 2005 and brings a wealth of experience related to all things digital and performance advertising, with specializations in both event and hospitality marketing, as well as Cannabis marketing. He has worked on developing and executing online marketing strategies for some of the biggest brands in the world including KPMG, New Balance, LCBO, PUMA, and The Green Organic Dutchman. Noah loves developing standout online experiences that are imaginative and captivating for users no matter what the audience.

    VP of Business Development

    Tom Yawney is a Managing Partner and VP of Business Development at The Influence Agency. Tom has created custom digital marketing plans for over 200 businesses and written nationally televised scripts for the Olympics, NHL, MLB, NFL, NBA, and SportsCentre. He has also written and produced original content picked up by the Globe and Mail, Toronto Sun, CBC, Metro, and National Post – and worked as a live television host for TV Cogeco, Rogers TV, with guest appearances on MTV. Tom is also the host of The Influence Agency's podcast and enjoys discussing the ever-evolving state of media, business, and futurism.

    Account Director, Digital Marketing

    John Bastawrous is an Account Director at The Influence Agency. With over 8+ years of agency experience under his belt, he's helped build brands from the ground up and has also elevated already renowned brands to new heights. As a past TEDx Conference Host, John loves a good conversation!     Rocco is a multi-faceted designer with experience ranging from experiential marketing to traditional forms of graphic design. With an education in computational arts, Rocco boasts a love for design that is centred around efficient processes and clean structures. As the Art Director of The Influence Agency, he aims to empower his team to produce work that they are passionate about while helping them grow in their positions. In an ever-changing field, Rocco believes that iteration and re-learning are at the forefront of staying on top of the latest tools and technologies, as such, he encourages an open environment with the designers to share the floor and lead the team through challenges.     Creative Director

    Samuel is a creative, through and through. Formally trained in Creative Photography, his career path lead him to The Influence Agency, where he began as the first on-staff photographer in conjunction with his social media role. Today, with over 5+ years of experience, he works as the Creative Director for The Influence Agency, where he specializes in helping clients creatively execute their brand vision. Through photography, videography, and custom branded content, he assists his team by leading creative direction, ideation, and operational planning, as well as, art, visual, and set direction for our ever-growing list of Creative Media clients. Past and present clients include Staples Canada, Napoleon, Jamieson Wellness Inc., HoneyComb Hospitality, Harbour 60, and more.

    Account Director, Creative Services

    Kitty Lana Carr is the Account Director of Creative Services at The Influence Agency. She co-spearheaded the inception of the custom branded content service offering and is passionate about working with clients to create custom videography and photography, supporting the deployment of this content through social media and paid media strategy. Kitty specializes in strategy for product photography and stop motion, having worked with well known brands including Jamieson Vitamins, Rakuten, KOHO, and Napoleon Grills. Kitty also helps clients execute a data-driven strategy for influencer marketing programs and supports overseeing the Client Success Manager department.

    Jess Copeland is the Brand Director at The Influence Agency. She brings 13+ years of experience in the sporting goods industry working for global brands such as Reebok, The North Face, and, most recently, New Balance. During her tenure at New Balance, Jess was a part of the award-winning Kawhi Leonard “King of the North” campaign and producer of numerous brand campaigns. Jess is passionate about the power of brand storytelling and producing excellent content, be it for Instagram, blogs, or a podcast. She is an outspoken mental health advocate and committed to supporting and mentoring women in the industry.
