October is ADHD Awareness Month. To celebrate, we’re sharing our favorite influencers with ADHD who are using social media to raise awareness and inspire others. With a lot of misinformation about ADHD and a rise in diagnosis rates in recent years, it’s no wonder people are turning to influencers for tips and life hacks. 

Whether you are someone with ADHD or just looking to learn more about this condition, these 20 influencers with ADHD are a must-follow.

Tarah is all about positivity and embracing how her ADHD makes her unique. Not only is she a content creator, she also runs her own business, Voomie, selling supplements for the busy ADHD brain. Follow her for more “neurosparkly” content.
