Since opening their doors, Harbour 60 has been spearheading the steakhouse experience in downtown Toronto for over 20 years. Playing homage to timeless, classic recipes, an extensive wine list, and unmatched, professional service, Harbour 60 unwavers in authenticity and is widely recognized as the best steakhouse in Toronto.

Their Goals

Harbour 60 was looking to increase brand awareness and lead as the ultimate fine dining destination to reach a larger audience and drive continued foot traffic into their restaurant. This involved re-structuring their social media profile and strategy to encourage guests to place orders and make reservations by contacting the restaurant. In addition, they were hoping to increase web traffic through improvements to their search engine optimization efforts.

Our Approach

We implemented a social media strategy that completely revamped their digital content and online presentation, which included custom photography and videography to showcase their menu selections and crafted cocktail offerings. We improved post frequency by increasing their content output to five times per week, where photography took a lifestyle approach that illustrated the elegant dining experience as well as the artful presentation of their menu offerings.Custom videography content deliverables were also produced in the form of a sizzle reel to highlight the newly renovated outdoor patio, as well as short-form social cuts that add movement and dynamism to the social media feed.Instagram stories and highlights offered guests with a behind-the-scenes glance into the restaurant and provided a place for their audience to directly engage with content through story stickers such as polls and quizzes. Additionally, the contact button on the home feed allows customers to email or call the restaurant directly for reservations and orders.
