Abilities & Skills

• 2-3 Years Work Experience
• Professional website, or digital portfolio with high-quality work examples
• Preference for those with Agency or Brand experience
• Ability to photograph a wide variety of subjects (ie. Food, People, Products, Location, etc)
• Proficiency in professional photo editing software (ie. Lightroom, Photoshop, Adobe Suite, etc)
• Ability to conceptualize and contribute to content strategy, ideation, creative direction
• You are a strong team player who can excel in a fast-paced environment
• Client-facing experience, ability to communicate professionally, manage client relations, etc

Experience

• A post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field of study
• Looking for an individual with a passion and skill for Design aesthetics

Key Responsibilities

The ebbs and flows of work at an agency may require you to pitch in on a variety of projects in different ways. The right candidate will embrace the diversity of this environment, and view it as an opportunity to learn and try new things.

Working with Established Branding Guidelines:

• Comfortable and/or experienced in working within brand guidelines to produce beautiful and engaging content and collateral.

Content Development:

• Proficient with, Adobe Suite programs, ie. Photoshop; post-production and editing of photos
• Knowledge of Stop Motion video production
• Ability to produce branded content and contribute to content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other common distribution channels

Qualifications

• Experience producing high-quality content for brands
• Graduate of College or University
• Understanding of social media platforms
• Keen eye for photography, set-direction, lighting, design, and familiarity with the Adobe Suite.
• The ability to map out and plan a shot list
• A portfolio of work showcasing a well-rounded skill set
• Excellent grammar and email etiquette

Excellent to Have

• Vehicle and Drivers License
• A willingness to learn new skills/techniques or methods. 
• Project Management experience
• Videography skills

Progressive Compensation

• This position will have a variable compensation based on the skills and experience of the successful candidate
• We offer full benefits after the probationary period
• We offer $75 / month to cover cell phone costs.
• 3 weeks vacation + extended break over Holiday Season
• Transit coverage pending the resolution of the pandemic
